"My practice explores the intersection of the two cultures I grew up between: the Western world and Côte d’Ivoire. Through fashion, I try to create a visual language that reflects this cultural blend and speaks to the aesthetic experience of children of the diaspora. My work draws from personal memories, cultural references and contemporary forms, bringing these different influences together into a universe that feels both familiar and new."
Coming up
- "I am currently working on August Barron’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection in an internship. I am also particularly interested in joining Loewe this October, as I deeply admire the house’s approach to craft, materiality and contemporary design and would love the opportunity to contribute to it. In parallel, I am looking forward to continuing to develop my own practice and to having the opportunity to work with established fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier."
