We hold as little as possible: your email address if you asked for the newsletter, your message if you wrote to us, and a count of what gets read. Nothing is sold, and nothing follows you elsewhere.
Asthetik Magazine is an independent publication based in the United Kingdom and is the data controller for the information described here.
WHAT WE HOLD
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and the name you gave us, on the basis of your consent. If you contact us, the details you chose to send, so that we can reply. And anonymous measurements of which pages are read — no cookies, no advertising trackers, and nothing that identifies you.
WHO ELSE IS INVOLVED
The site is hosted by DigitalOcean, our email by Google Workspace, and the newsletter is delivered by Brevo. Each handles data only as needed to provide that service. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
HOW LONG
Subscriber details are kept for as long as you wish to hear from us. Correspondence is kept while it remains relevant and reviewed periodically. Measurement data is aggregate and holds nothing personal.
YOUR CHOICES
Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time — write to info@asthetikmagazine.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
